As an early stage and startup experienced executive, I can help mentor business planning, financial proformas, business development, market research, hiring, business culture, operations, IT infrastructure like phone systems, and site selection. I have set up 11 physical therapy centers from the ground up recently. All of my experience in business has been in outpatient healthcare services including over the years hospice, home health, pediatric and adult home infusion therapy, medical group management, infertility center management, physical therapy management, consulting services and population health. Also thrown in there are two startups in healthcare IT in business development roles.
